officers, agents or shareholders, be held liable for damages of

its agents are exempt from liability for damages and claims

Web Building, Design and Development
Siteopath.com uses template designs as
the foundation for building many of our sites. Your use of
the template you select is subject to the terms and conditions of
use as outlined by the author of said template. There are
literally hundreds of thousands of templates available to choose
from, so it would be impossible to list each individual agreement
on this website. In using our services, once you have
selected an appropriate template for your needs we will forward
you an electronic copy of the End User License Agreement (EULA)
attaching to the template you have selected. The building,
design, development and customization of your site by Siteopath.com is contingent upon
your acceptance of the terms outlined therein.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Siteopath.com performs SEO services for
sites that we build, as well as on existing sites. Although
we strive to provide the most successful optimization of sites,
unfortunately the dynamic nature of the internet and the search
algorithms employed by competing search engines render guarantees
of placement impossible to provide. We will advise you at
the time of initial consultation what the likelihood of obtaining
high search results is based on the nature, location and features
of your particular site or business.
Furthermore, in order to fully optimize
your site and its subsequent exposure, it may be necessary to
slightly modify existing content to saturate it more heavily with
targeted phrases and keywords pertaining to your business.
We will seek your approval of any and all proposed modifications
to your existing site or to the existing content you have provided
us with for the construction of your new site.
Web Authoring
Siteopath.com web authoring services are
performed by a degree-certified English professional. If you
decide to avail of these services, we will discuss the nature and
needs of your prospective site and/or business with you during the
initial consultation. Thereafter, an initial draft of your
site content will be composed and forwarded to you for your
approval. Any and all content authored by us that appears on
your site will first need to be approved by you, in order to
ensure the details and features of your site or business, as
outlined therein, are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Web Hosting & Email Services
If you elect to use Siteopath.com as your
hosting and email account provider, please be aware that the
following terms and conditions will attach to the use of this
service.
The following activities are prohibited when hosting a website
through Siteopath.com:
· Any and
all activities whose purpose is to tamper with or effect
unauthorized intrusions or access to any accounts, servers, files,
networks, system or systems, whether operated by Siteopath.com or
by any third party.
· The use
of accounts that have not been designated or provided for your
use, or fraudulently using any such accounts, systems, products or
services without colour of right or through conduct which
circumvents normal billing procedures.
· Usage
of the system in a manner that exceeds previously agreed upon
quota regarding disk space, processors, bandwidth or in a manner
that unduly, unnecessarily or inappropriately burdens the web
service resources apportioned to and purchased by you in any way.
· The
hosting of any sites that promote, sell or endorse products,
services or content that is illegal or immoral in nature,
including pornography. In the event of any uncertainty as to
the appropriateness of your site, Siteopath.com, in its sole
discretion, will render such decision and advise you of same.
· Any and
all conduct that would reasonably be regarded as malicious,
corrupt, illegal, fraudulent, inappropriate or in contravention of
any of the terms and conditions, express and implied, as outlined
herein.
The
following activities are prohibited when receiving email services
through Siteopath.com:

The
sending of any electronic communication, commercial or otherwise,
to a recipient that has expressly communicated such communications
are not welcome, or the unsolicited bulk sending of commercial
email (SPAM).

The
sending of any electronic communication that is threatening or in
contravention of any laws or regulations of the Internet generally
and of the United States and Canada specifically.
Domain
Name Purchasing Services
Registrations
of domain names will be done through an accredited third party
service, pending availability of the desired domain. The
domain names will be registered in accordance with the information
you provide us with, and the cost for registering the domain will
be added to your itemized statement of account. We will
notify you of the domain name registrar we have used, and
recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms and
conditions pertaining to their site and registration services.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with any of the
products or services provided by Siteopath.com, please contact us
immediately so that we can rectify the problem or issue a refund
pro-rated in accordance with the nature, duration or type of
problem you have experienced. Certain services, such as the
purchase of domain names, cannot be refunded as they are
purchased by us on your behalf through a third party
registrar. Therefore, care must be taken to ensure accuracy
when providing us with the desired domain name for purchase.
We stand behind our products and services
and will do everything in our power to ensure you are
satisfied.
Siteopath.com reserves the right to
suspend, restrict or terminate any customer accounts if found to
be in violation of any of the foregoing terms and
conditions. Your usage of this site and/or the products
