Indeed we do! We have serviced clients across North
America and Europe, and welcome business from anyone, anywhere,
who is serious about expanding their business effectively and
affordably onto the information highway. We are physically located
in the Ontario, Canada region. In this way, we are an
especially attractive option for Ontario web development or
Ontario website clients, but we can serve customers worldwide just
as effectively.
Unfortunately, our digital photography service can only be
offered to clients residing in the Greater Toronto, Ontario, Canada
area. However, we are happy to provide all other services to
clients internationally!
- What is the website building process? How does it all work?
We understand that our clients approach us with varying levels
of comprehension regarding the world of the internet. After
all, none of us were born understanding anything until we were
taught how to do so.
Unlike many web service businesses, we are not interested in
bombarding you with technological terms you might not
understand. If you wish, we will work with you
throughout the process, not just for you, and ensure you
understand the fundamentals of the process.
In a nutshell, the web building process we provide (from your
idea to finished www.yourcompany.com product) works as follows:
1. Consultation with you to determine your business or personal
needs for the website, such as e-commerce capabilities, site
features, domain name purchase and long-term objectives.
2. You decide on a final proposal for the site itself: colours,
layout, graphics, content, etc.
3. Building of the website to your specifications.
4. You review the site, and all necessary changes or amendments
are performed until 100% satisfactory.
5. Should you decide to use our web hosting services, we upload the site to the
internet and set up all of your associated email accounts for you.
6. You contact us, free of charge, regarding any questions or
problems you may encounter with the site one year after we build
it, or indefinitely if you continue hosting with us. Site
updates or changes can be performed at a nominal charge.

- What type of services do you offer?
We are proud to offer our customers a wide variety of web

- Do you recommend I have my site 'optimized'?
Site optimization (SEO) can be very valuable asset to your
site. However, we do recommend that if you elect to optimize
your site, you be prepared for a substantial increase in business
or traffic to your site. Some of our customers have dealt
with this by hiring additional staff to handle new customers, or
by setting up a referral system with a related company (so that
any client or customer surplus can be referred to an affiliate
company and the originating business [i.e. you!] receive some
sort of flat or commission fee for doing so.
If you are neither interested nor prepared for receiving a
potentially significant increase in clients or customers,
we do not recommend having your site optimized. Of course,
this depends on the industry and the relevant competition existing
online. With all initial consultations, we will provide you
with our assessment of your personal situation.

- Do I have to use your web hosting services?
Of course not! You are free to host any site we build for
you with whomever you please.
However, we would be happy to host your site for you. If
you build and host a site with us, you will receive a 10% discount
off the cost of your project. When you host your site with
us we can also be your mail host, meaning you will have access to
your website's email through the internet (also called webmail). You will also receive
guaranteed service and support for any questions or problems you
may encounter during the time you avail of our web hosting
services at no extra charge.

- Do I have to buy my domain from you?
A domain is your internet address, for example:
www.yourcompany.com. You may purchase your domain from whomever
you wish. We do not profit whatsoever from purchasing
domains from customers. The price we charge you is the price
we are billed for registering it for you.
The domain purchasing service is offered to help simplify the
web building process for our customers. We will register any
domain you wish for your site, providing it is available, in your
personal or business name.
- I already have a website - can you improve it?
We would be happy to have a consultation with you to discuss
the possibilities for improving an existing site. Many sites
are built without proper optimization techniques, resulting in
low-ranking positions on search engines. Among other things,
we can help you improve your search engine ranking.
Please contact us with the details
of your existing site and what your objectives are so that we can
make a proposal to help you fulfill them.

- How much will your services cost me?
Unlike so many web service companies, we are proud to provide
you with a listing of service prices up-front. Please visit
our Prices page for further
information regarding the costs of the services we offer,
including website building, web hosting services and web
development.
- Why are your website building costs so much lower than the
other quotes I have received?
Primarily, our rates (as indicated on our Prices page) are much lower than our
competitors because we use web templates during the web building
process. A web template is like the 'skeleton' of the site -
you approve and direct us to add all of the content, graphics and
features that make your site personal.
An appropriate analogy might be your house or home. It is
unlikely that the design of your home is unlike any other in the
world. What makes it personal to you are your selections in
colour, decorations and furnishing. This is much the same
idea as the web template. We have hundreds of thousands of
web templates available to use as the 'frame' for your
site.
You simply tell us how you want your site to look, and we will
deliver. We have launched our business using this approach,
because so many small businesses or organizations simply cannot
afford the cost of unnecessarily involved and intricate web
design. As we are sure you are aware, or will soon be after
seeking pricing from our competitors, website building from
'scratch' can cost between 5-10 times more than our
prices.
Although there might be another site on the web using the same
template, once the site has been customized for you (including
your personal logo, graphics, content and features) it is unlikely
anyone would be able to detect the same template was used.
We would be happy to explain this concept to you during the
consultation.
However, if you would like an entirely unique and personal site
designed, we can offer this service as well for an additional fee.
Completely customized web building, however, is more
expensive. Please contact us

- What is included in the cost of website building?

building, web hosting services (including using us as your mail

- What are your terms of payment?
For any services provided, we require a deposit of 50% of the
price negotiated during initial consultation up front. Upon
completion of service, the remaining amount is due.
- Do you offer any package deals or discounts?
We are pleased to offer a variety of package deals and
discounts to our customers. For example, if you order any
two of the following services from us at the same time; website
building, search engine optimization, web authoring or web hosting
services, you will receive a 10% discount off the total order
price. Please see our Prices page for additional details on
our standard package and discount offers. We are always
willing to negotiate a fair and reasonable cost for our services

- Can I write the cost of building the site off as a business
expense?
If you require a site for business purposes, there are many tax
benefits that may attach depending on the jurisdiction your
business is located in. We are a registered business, and as
such you may avail of any of the tax benefits offered by your
domicile with regard to such business expenditures for any amounts
paid to us for web services. Services such as web building,
web hosting services, and web development may have tax benefits
attached.
